Murtagh nodded thoughtfully, gaze running over Raiya's figure. "You don't look like the type to be drove out... You're too..." He paused and shrugged, standing up. "Anyway, you up for a bite to eat?"

Tratto growled and wiggled his head back and forth. He then got up, his brother's scruff still gently in his mouth, and threw his front paws on his brother's back, right on top of his shoulders. His tail wiggled back and forth and he growled in mock anger.

Khaz growled back, his eyes gleaming. He twisted his head and dislodged his brother. He stood up then pounced onto him, playfully gnawing on Trattos ear.

Tratto growled and scrambled his legs back and forth. he wrapped his front paws around Khaz's middle and squeezed, not to hard though. He laughed lightly.

Callyn paused midstep, scrambling to keep up with Tempest's mile-a-minute-mouth. "Ye-es," she said slowly. "I remember when you and Cobalt got lost. And Hunter found you...he's Skye's brother too, hon, just like Comet and Cobalt are. And there was a bit of confusion when Lilly didn't immediately recognize Hunter." The pup stopped for a breath and Callyn waited for her to continue, completely baffled and not quite seeing where Tempest was going with this.
"Fox," Nico repeated, nodding to Comet. "Right, Commie." He also lunged after Cobalt as the pup started to trot away. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, where do you think you're going?!" he exclaimed. "The thing about foxes is, they're tricky little buggers. Quick, too. They hear you coming and they'll be gone in a flash."

Khaz's joyful laugh caused Tratto to laugh harder. Tratto's laugh was no longer high pitched or puppyish. Rather, it was deep and came from the heart.

Traxx sat by the entrance and scratched her ear. She made a weird clicking sound and waited to see if her friend was nearby. Sure enough the fox came out and ran up to her. Traxx laid down and rolled onto her back, the fox jumped on top of her and nipped her chin. Traxx giggled and nipped her back, not even noticing that everyone was gone.

Shadow laughed as Kali ran towards him and nipped his wing, causing even more of his feathers to fall out. His wings had grown about a foot in length and he wondered how big they would get once the feathers had grown back in. He turned and on three legs went after Kali. He used his wings to play-attack her and rolled onto his back.

Sol-Leks watched Kavik play in the water and soon laid down, closing her eyes for only a second. It was all the time he needed. He ran off to Brigan's den. "Hi Brigan, is Joshua awake yet?" he asked, tail wagging. Sol-Leks opened her eyes and panicked. She ran back to her den to see if Kavik was there and seeing he was not she stopped to think about where he could be. Then she turned and trotted off to Brigan's to see if he was there.

Comet giggled, letting go of Cobalt's tail and plopping down on his hind legs again, curling his tiny tail around his paws as far as they'd reach. He cocked his head slightly and listened to Nico, eager for input on this so he could retrieve the fox and be able to eat it. Or have the pride just to catch it. He smiled and flicked his eyes on Nico.
Tempest shrugged and didn't continue, then cocked her head, remembering Callyn's comment. "Hunter is Comet and Cobalt's brother? Oh, yeah..." She paused, one paw in mid-air as she thought. "Ohh..." She said again and continued. There was nowhere really she was going with her tale, but it was just another thing that popped into her mind. And she never thought before saying anything unless she was being dramatic.

Nomed smiled at her words, then nipped playfully at her ears as she bit his tail.
"Your's is fluffier," he growled lightly, nuzzling her head between her ears. He licked her nose and smiled slightly. "Alright, no food. Water??"

(Actually forgot about Brigan and Joshua for a bit!)
Brigan and Joshua were just getting back when they saw Kavik's tail disappearing into their den. Brigan grinned down at his daughter.
"Want to surprise him?" he whispered.
Joshua nodded, blue eyes sparkling mischievously. She dropped to her belly and crept up behind Kavik. Brigan hung back, stifling a chuckle.
"RAWRR!!!" Joshua jumped on the older puppy's back, pulling him over sideways, and began giggling uncontrollably.
When he had both their attention again, Nico said, "Foxes will find and take advantage of any loopholes in our attack strategy, so we can't leave any. We have to surround it completely and leave no room for it to slip through. The hardest part will be cornering it. Once we get a tooth or claw on it, it's as good as dead, 'cause we're bigger and stronger and there's more of us, right? You guys got all this?"
He wrapped up his little prep-talk rather abruptly, feeling anxious to get to the exciting part, the actual hunt. He was also worried that if they wasted too much more time, the fox would catch wind of them and get away before they even began the hunt.
Callyn continued to wait for Tempest to finish whatever point she was going to make, until it became clear that there was no point. It was just another of Tempest's mindless ramblings; there was no rhyme nor reason to it, whatsoever. Callyn snickered quietly, then snorted with laughter.
Zan and Icer's -No, Nico and Skye's, she had to remind herself- den came into view, with Traxx playing with a fox outside it.
"Hello, Traxx," Callyn greeted, glancing curiously at the fox, but deciding not to ask. "I brought Tempest over to play with the boys. Are Nico and Skye around?"
"I could use a drink," Zakira replied, nodding. She smiled, licked her mate's nose, then turned to leave the den. "Aren't you hungry, though?" she asked as she emerged out into the crisp morning air. The stone beneath her paws was already lightly sun-warmed. Walking to the water, she lowered her head and lapped. It seemed to settle her queasy stomach. She lifted her muzzle and gazed across the stream to the clearing on the other side. No one appeared to be about so early yet.

Kavik yipped as Joshua tackled him and he let out a laugh. "Hey Joshua!" he barked and nibbled her ears. Sol-Leks giggled and walked up to Brigan, "Hello. Nice to see her so excited." she said and sat down, wrapping her tail around her paws.

Traxx jumped up, startled. "Callyn? No, not sure where they went. They are probably hunting though. Hi Tempest." she said, standing defensively over the fox.

"I got you!" Joshua told him proudly, rolling over and tugging her ears free of Kavik's nibbling teeth. "I was quiet and I sneaked and scared you!"
Brigan laughed as Joshua tackled Kavik, then grinned at Sol-Leks as she walked up. "Hey there," he replied. "Yeah, good to keep her mind off things. So, Kavik got away from you again?"
His ears twitched in amusement as he turned his head back to watch the pups tussle before Joshua pulled away and sat up to brag.
Callyn stopped a few paces away. She hadn't meant to startle Traxx, and she had no wish to alarm her further. Even trusted, a couple paces was a good distance to keep from a blind wolf, for safety's sake all around.
"Not here?" she repeated, glancing down at Tempest, already knowing the disappointment she'd find in the young pup's face. "Sorry, sweetie. Guess we missed them. Any idea when they'll be back?" she asked, turning back to Traxx.

Traxx sat down and relaxed, "Not too sure. I woke up and they where gone. Feel free to stay here and wait, if you would like." she said, tail beginning to wag. The fox had gone and hid for now, not trusting the two new wolves.

Shadow licked Kali between her ears and wrapped his wings around the two of them. He felt whole with Kali and still couldn't believe that she was with him. He felt so lucky to have her.

Kali wiggled and took a deep breath in, enjoying Shadow's scent. She suddenly felt a pressure in her stomach and she glanced down. Did her stomach look a little swollen?! She snorted and looked back at Shadow and licked his nose and smiled. Her eyes spoke of nothing wrong, as did her face. But on the inside she was worried. Could this be? she decide to ignore her instincts, and she masked her feelings well. She smiled and nipped playfully at Shadow's ear before jumping up and trotting a few steps away.
"Im gonna get a drink, you stay here. We don't want you to strain yourself right after that... thing that happened with Honor." She smiled, wiggled, and jumped out of sight. As soon as Shadow couldn't see her, her smile slipped away and she trotted uneasily to the water's edge. She looked down and stared at her stomach for a long while. Shadow said he didn't even want little pups running around. She didn't actively think this, but in the back of her mind, she was worried that Shadow would be dissapointed in her. She poked her only very slightly swollen belly with her cold nose before sighing and lapping up some cool water.

Honor stepped out of her den and stretched. She shook her fur out and trotted off in the direction of the stream. She had been thinking the last couple days about what she had done and how she had acted. She felt horrible that she had let herself get jealous. She came to the stream and saw Kali and cautiously approached her. "Can we talk, Kali? I have something I would like to say to you." Honor asked and sat down far enough away as to not bother her too much. She hung her ears down and tried her hardest to make herself smaller than Kali, she really did want to make herself seem like she was smaller.
